Pat expresses herself confidently, fluently and effectively most of the time with some mispronunciation and tonal errors. Appropriate responses have been used and there is some effective application and manipulation of linguistic elements and vocabulary. Pat was able to pick up on the mistakes made by her partner and correct them in her own expression. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade B standard.

Grade B

The student has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the content and a high level of competence in the processes and skills. In addition, the student is able to apply this knowledge and these skills to most situations.
