Other Work Samples for:

Sam has demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of statistical terms and an adequate level of competence in reading a stem-and-leaf plot. The mean and range have been correctly calculated but a minor error has been made in the calculation of the median. Despite this error, Sam has adequately explained the processes involved in obtaining this data. A simple comparison has been made but the reasoning is difficult to follow. The second test has been identified as better than the first but the effects of outliers have not been considered. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard at the end of Stage 4.
