Other Work Samples for:

Lou has demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the content and structure of an information report. Present tense has been consistently used but the text has not been structured in paragraphs. Appropriate vocabulary has been used and technical terms have been included. A range of strategies has been used to spell words, and a high level of competence in punctuation is evident. The desktop publishing skills are good but a title would enhance the text. To progress further, Lou could structure the information in paragraphs and make use of compound sentences. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade B standard midway through Stage 1.

Grade B

The student has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the content and a high level of competence in the processes and skills. In addition, the student is able to apply this knowledge and these skills to most situations.
