Bobby has demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of the text type and the content of the artwork. Information about the artwork has been communicated in short sentences with limited description. An attempt to express a viewpoint has been made but there is a lack of supporting evidence and a limited level of competence in using strategies to spell familiar words. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard at the end of Stage 3.
